Our Head Choreographer is classically trained in many forms of dance. She was dancing Armenian before she could walk and has since become an expert in Latin dance, and so many others. With her expertise and her extensive background teaching kids and adults, the arrii parrii ® program was designed to be easily followed. Easy-to-follow means easy-to-learn, which means you’ll be dancing more and more, getting more fit by the day.
Yes, you’ll be moving and shaking, getting your heart rate up with simple, built-in resistance training exercises incorporated into the routines, offering full-body workouts.
With so many different dance moves from around the world, you’ll never get bored. Plus, you’ll experience and discover cultures new to you.
It’s high energy, but also a low impact workout. If you feel it’s too much, simply perform the modified versions or hit pause and take little breaks until you build your fitness levels. The best part is you’ll be having fun while getting fit.
